John grew up in the Midwest, served in U.S. Army, worked in retail management for over twenty years before starting a successful career in Real Estate...for the past nine years John has been providing superior service to his clients. John was named
" 2007 Realtor of the Year " by the Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors...he was also chosen to attend the " 2008 North Carolina Association of Realtors Leadership Academy" in which only 12 Realtors in North Carolina are selected each year. John has been active with his local Board of Realtors serving 6 years as a Director and as Board President in 2005. John has also served on different committees in the state association. John has been active in the community and regularly volunteers with the local Children's Miracle Network Telethon, Toys for Tots, and Have a Heart Food Drive.

    Janice was born in Bertie County, but spent most of her live in Martin County, until moving to Pitt County in 2003.   She has a love for people and is very civic minded.

    She has served as a cub scout leader.  She also served on the Martin County Red Cross Board, the Martin County Arts Council Board, as well as the Martin County Domestic Violence Board.  She was treasurer for the Martin County Heart Association for several years.  Janice has also been a Sunday School teacher and a youth leader in the church,  and has participated and supported the public schools.

     

    Janice enjoyed a successful banking career as a retail lending officer, branch manager,

    and vice president.  What she found most fulfilling, was working with clients and doing everything possible to enhance their lives by financing their homes, autos, and assisting them with there many other financial needs.  During her career, she received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding customer service and performance.

     

    She would greatly appreciate the opportunity to offer you the same high level quality of customer service with your real estate needs.
